In this tutorial we are going learn how to change a black and white photo into a color one. Follow the steps as shown below:
1) Create a new file and apply the the settings as shown in Figure 1 or you can choose
width and height as per your requirement.

2) Create a layer and then drag existing Black and white image to the blank layer as shown in Figure
2. It is possible that your image will appear small. Go to Edit - Free Transform. Then make the image larger by
dragging a corner.
