In this tutorial we are going to learn to create text with 3D effect. Follow below step by step instructions for more
details: |
| |
1) Let us start by creating a new document. You can choose the size of as per your requirements. I have created 320px X 150px as shown in
figure 1. |

2) Now select text tool as shown in figure 2, from the palette and write something on the new document. For this
tutorial I have enter "Ghost". |

3) Now let us add some effects to it, by changing the color and add gradients effect to it as shown in figure 3. |

4) I have added gradient effect as you can see in the above image. And now have to stretch the image in such a way that it should look in a 3D
perspective, but before doing that we have to Rasterize the layer. To "Rasterize" right click on the text layer and click on
"Rasterize Layer" as shown in figure 4. |
| |

5) Now to transform the text to 3D perspective, with the text layer selected press "Ctrl + T" (This is the short cut key
for free transform tool or you can go to Edit - Free transform). Now keep in mind only using the Free Transform tool { The Free
Transform command lets you apply transformations (rotate, scale, skew, distort, and perspective) in one continuous operation. Instead of choosing different
commands, you simply hold down a key on your keyboard to switch between transformation types. }might not get the exact output. In that case you
use the Perspective option as shown in figure 5. |
