In this tutorial you are going to learn Pad tool functions. Follow the steps as shown below: 
 
1) Let us create a square sketch with dimensions as shown in Figure 1.

2) Now let us select the Pad Icon from the tool bar or from the insert>Sketch-Based Features>Pad as shown in Figure 2 and 3 respectively.

3) When Pad tool is selected a Pad Definition Dialogue box appears as shown in figure 4. Enter the parameters as shown in figure 4.
