4) The resultant part with hole would be as shown in Figure 5.

5) You can change the position of the hole by selecting "Positioning Sketch" button from the "Hole Definition" dialogue box. Change the position of the sketch with parameters as shown in Figure 6 and resultant part will be like as shown in Figure 7.

6) Now let us select Extension tab as Blind and enter 10mm as the depth, then the resultant part will be as shown in Figure 8.
