11) When Hole definition dialogue box appears set the following parameters.
 Extension of hole as "Up to Last"
 Diameter as "10 mm"
 Leave remaining things as shown in Figure 13.

12) Now you have to set the constraint proper as it is showing error message as shown in Figure 14..

13) Let us double click the Sketch.2 from specification tree. Now let us set the distances from the center of the hole to both the sides as per requirement, as shown in Figure 15.

14) Now exit Sketcher Workbench and you can see that the hole is created as per your requirement, as shown in Figure 16.
