8) Set type to dimension, Length 10 mm and select Sketch 1 as profile/Surface as shown in Figure 9

9) Now select two top and bottom edges and and top surface as shown in Figure 10

10) Now select Hole feature from Insert Menu> Sketch-Based Features> Hole as shown in figure 11. or select from right hand side tool bar as shown in figure 12.
