This segment of tutorial exercise provides step by step instruction on creating a solid body using extrude tool.
1) Let us start a new AutoCAD drawing session as shown in the link
. Now let us change the view to SW Isometric view by going to View>3D Views>SW Isometric
menu as shown in Figure 1
.

2) Or type "VIEW" on the command line as shown in figure 2.

3) Now "View dialog" box appears as shown in Figure 3.

4) Now click "Orthographic & Isometric Views" tab and select "Southwest Isometric"
from the list that appears and click "Set Current" and click ok as shown in
Figure 4.
