This segment of tutorial exercise provides step by step instruction on creating a solid cylinder in AutoCAD.
1) Open new AutoCAD session {Learn how a new session can be started by seeing this link}
and click "Cylinder" tool from toolbar as shown in Figure 1 or go to draw menu at the top of the
application window to select "Cylinder" as shown in Figure 2 or type "Cylinder" in command line as shown
in Figure 3.

2) After selecting "Cylinder" tool you would be prompted to specify center point for base of cylinder, I have
entered 0,0 and 0 as shown in figure 4, now press enter in key board.

3) After entering center point for base of the cylinder you would be prompted to specify radius for base of cylinder, I have
entered 20 as shown in Figure 5. After entering the radius for base of the cylinder press
enter in the key board.

4) After specifying the radius for base of cylinder you would be prompted to specify height of the cylinder, I have entered
40 as shown in Figure 6. After entering height of the cylinder press enter in the key board.
