Tooltipmerge merges things like your OSNAP setting with your current command. So turn on Dynamic input with tooltipmerge set to 0. Then draw a line. Then
turn on some OSNAPS. Now start the line command and hover over the end point of your line. You will see Endpoint appear. Now switch over to Tooltipmerge and
set it to 1. Now do the same thing again and hover over the endpoint while in the line command and you will see "Endpoint Specify first point" So it kind of
merges some of the tooltips.
