How to add a new button to a toolbar?

This short tutorial provides step by step instruction on adding a new button to a toolbar. Follow the link below for more details.

1) Go to "Tools" menu and click on "Customize" and then click on "Inerface" from the submenu as shown in Figure 1.

2) When "Customize User Interface" dialog box appears click on "New" button under "Command List" pan as shown in Figure 2.
