How to make multiple fillet default?

To make multiple fillet as default you have to manually customize the button as shown below:
 
1) Go to "Tools" menu and click on "Customize" in the menu list and then click on "Interface" from the submenu as shown in Figure 1.

2) When the "Customize User Interface" dialog box appears click on "Customize" tab as shown in Figure 2.
